We have been informed of recent that a spate of burglaries have occurred around Church Street. Though there is no report of any violence, this email is to ask for you to be vigilant and very conscious of your flats. We would like to ask for you to check - and double-check - any windows, locks and doors before leaving your flat as the perpetrator has been known to climb through any entrance they can find on all levels.

As a polite reminder, if you see any suspicious behaviour, please report it to the police [via 101 if it is not an emergency].
