February half-term activities for families

February half-term is just around the corner and we've compiled a few interesting & different activities for you and the family if you're left scratching for ideas last minute.

- Mon 12 - Wed 14 Feb - Chickenshed play in a Day. Through story-making, dancing, drama, singing and play, participants will work together in the morning to develop creative ideas that will then be developed in the afternoon ending the day with a sharing of a short performance. Everyone welcome regardless of experience. Participants will need to bring packed lunch & snacks, and they will be supervised by Chickenshed stage during lunchtime and breaks. 10am-4pm

-Chickenshed also have a interactive theatre shows such as their well-known fantastic Tales from the Shed and Planet Play. Please see their website for more details.

-Sat 10 - Sun 18 Feb, 110am-4pm- FREE half-term fun! Join the Museum of London for free workshops, storytelling sessions, arts and crafts and more.

Go down and see what's new this Sunday 11th February as the farm open gates for the start of the 2018 season. Enjoy a great family fun day out including talks on the animals, animal petting, falconry displays and face painting!

- Thurs 15 & Sat 17 Feb - John Hegley: All Hail the Snail (and other creatures)
Join poet John Hegley as he takes you on a humorous journey through his living library of poems, songs, stories and animal drawings. Ages 7+.
