Stoke Newington is a cosmopolitan and highly multicultural area of London, just 3 miles north of the square mile and historically associated with political dissenters and those dedicated to social justice, a theme which remains today. Stoke Newington Church Street has an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and bars and enjoy a walk through the Victorian cemetery of Abney Park, a permanent home to some former residents and also home to some breathtaking wildlife.
