We are looking for a sharp adaptable team player to join our small office team to assist with property management and admin responsibilities. A fantastic opportunity to gain real insight into property business at all levels with opportunity in the long term to tailor role to specific interests.
Candidate responsibilities;
– Reference and credit checks for potential tenants
– Preparing tenant?s check-in and check out
– Liaising with contractors to address both emergency and planned property maintenance
– Ensuring property database is kept up to date
– Arranging viewings for tenants, landlords and investors
– General office/admin duties
– Opportunity to build on creative skills such as photographing properties and marketing of properties
Requirements;
– Experience with MS Office & data entry
– Good communication skills
– Attention to detail
– Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
– Driving licence strongly desirable but not necessary
